Pricing

General principles:

Written quotations and estimates are provided free of charge,
Advertised prices and quotations detail the actual fees charged. No hidden V.A.T. or other additional taxes apply.
Invoices will include a labour charge, a cost for materials and a small callout fee (see below).
These charges will be itemised on invoices as will any other pre-agreed charges (if any).

Labour rates:

Labour fees are calculated on an hourly or daily rate as appropriate, with pricing based on the following;

Alternatively, requests for quotations and estimates based on a total price will be considered if preferred.

Callout charge.

From April 2022 a callout fee is charged to cover overheads associated with running a business. It is calculated according to the size of the job:

for jobs where the total labour charge is £400 or less the callout charge is £20.
for jobs where the total labour charge is greater than £400 the callout charge is 5% of the total labour charge.
